Provides liability protection for sums you are legally required to pay due to
bodily injury and property damage caused by an accident resulting from the use
of a covered auto. Your business vehicles may also be covered for direct physical
damage (comprehensive and collision) up to the vehicle’s actual cash value.

Boiler & Machinery/ Equipment Breakdown
Coverage is provided for explosion of steam boilers, steam pipes, steam turbines
and steam engines and artificially generated electrical currents (electrical
arcing) that damage or destroy electrical appliances, devices, fixtures, motors

Bonds
Bonds are guarantees or warranties, not insurance, and are usually required
by federal, state or local governments. You agree to pay the bond obligee if
you do not perform according to your obligation. The bonding company will then
seek reimbursement from you for all sums paid to the obligee. Examples are USDA
Warehouse Bonds, Grain Dealer Bonds, License and Permit Bonds, Performance Bonds,
Toll Road Credit Guarantee Bonds, Gas/Oil Bonds and ERISA Bonds. return

Builders’ Risk
Insures your property that is under construction. Coverage can be provided for
the building(s) being constructed, materials used in the construction which
may be stored off premise or while in transit. return to top
Business Income
Following a covered property loss, you are paid for the net income you would
have earned had the loss not occurred. This also includes increased expenses
you incur to continue operations at the same or new location following the loss.

Cargo/Transportation
Insures your property while in transit on a vehicle you own or while in transit
by a conveyance owned by others. Also insures property of others which is in
your care, custody or control when that property is in transit in or on vehicles

Computers-Electronic Data Processing Equipment
Provides coverage on your computers, terminals, printers, teleprinters, readers,
electronic cash registers, computer programs, tapes, disks, cells and cards.

Crime
Pays for loss of property or funds due to dishonest or fraudulent acts by your
employees, forgery or alteration of a check, draft or note by a third party
other than employees and the theft, disappearance or destruction of money and
securities either inside or outside your premise. Coverage may also be written
to include the burglary, robbery of theft of your stock, contents and other

Difference In Conditions
Provides coverage for those perils excluded from a property policy such as flood,
earthquake, volcanic eruption, mudslides, waves, tides and tidal waves. It can
also turn a Property Policy into an “All Risk” form when the insurer

Directors’ & Officers’ Liability
Protects the entity, past and present directors & officers, past and present
managers and past and present employees for losses they are legally obligated
to pay due to claims brought for wrongful acts and errors and omissions while
acting in their insured capacity. These claims can include financial failure
of the entity, mishandling of employment related matters and personal profiting.

Directors Travel Accident
Coverage can be written for all directors and managers and pays for loss of
life or dismemberment resulting from an accident that happens at home, work
or vacation anywhere in the world. It also supplements on the job coverage by
paying benefits in addition to those paid by Workers’ Compensation. return

Employment Practices Liability
Protects the insured from employment claims made during the policy period due
to wrongful acts. The two most common employment related claims are sexual harassment
and discrimination. Claims can arise out of coercion, criticism, demotion, evaluation,

Excess Umbrella Liability
Provides third party liability protection against claims for bodily injury and
property damage you become legally obligated to pay. This protection can be
in excess of underlying Automobile Liability, General Liability, Employers’

Fiduciary Liability
The policy pays loss on behalf of the insured resulting from a breach or alleged
breach, error or omission of fiduciary duty of Employee Benefits Liability.
The allegations may include denial or change in benefits, error in the administration
of a plan, improper advice, improper plan termination, what investment options
to include in a 401K Plan, monitoring those investments and educating employees

Flood
The policy provides coverage on property for losses caused by, resulting from,
contributed to or aggravated directly or indirectly by flood, surface water,
waves, tides, tidal waves and overflow of any body of water. return

Foreign Liability
The Foreign Liability Policy will cover bodily injury and property damage liability
arising out of products or goods sold outside the standard coverage territory
(USA, its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico and Canada) and claims brought
outside the coverage territory. A Foreign Policy can also insure personal property,
business income, crime, automobiles, international voluntary Workers’
Compensation, kidnap/ransom & extortion and products withdrawal expense.

General Liability
Provides third party liability coverage for claims you become legally required
to pay due to bodily injury (injury to another person) or property damage (damage
to another’s property). Defense is provided against suits asking for such

Grain In Transit-Contamination
Pays for loss resulting from seizure and condemnation of grain or beans (excluding
seed grain or seed beans) by federal, state or public authorities due to insect
infestation, animal or bird excrete or filth or chemical contamination resulting
from treatment of the property for such conditions or for rodent or insect extermination.

Grain Title/Mortgaged & Stolen Grain
This coverage pays for monetary loss as a result of your purchase of grain from
others which was stolen or to which the seller did not have clear title. return

Mobile Equipment
Insures your business mobile equipment, both on and off premise, and property
of others including leased, rented or loaned property while in your care, custody

Mortality Coverage
The policy pays for direct physical loss caused by the death of covered livestock
while being held in feedlots or pastures at locations listed. The animals insured

Ocean Marine
Provides coverage on your property being shipped by vessel, air, mail or parcel

Pollution Liability
The policy pays for loss on behalf of an insured who is legally obligated to
pay as a result of claims made for pollution conditions emanating from insured

Products Recall
This coverage pays for the cost of recalling a product that has been determined
unsafe or unfit for human consumption. The product itself is not included for

Stock
Insures your grain and seed or other agricultural products, merchandise held
in storage or for sale, raw materials, in process or finished goods and supplies
used in packing or shipping. This includes stock held by you under storage contract
or specific agreement in trust. Coverage may be written specific or monthly
reporting and is written on an actual cash value basis. return

Wharfinger’s Legal Liability
The policy pays on behalf of the insured those sums the insured is obligated
to pay by reason of liability imposed by law for loss or damage to vessels and/or
barges, their equipment, cargo and freight all owned by others being used by

Workers’ Compensation
Provides your employee injured on the job with medical benefits, loss of income
benefits, death benefits (for survivors) and rehabilitation services as required
by your state’s law. Coverage includes Employers’ Liability which
pays all sums you are legally required to pay as damages because of bodily injury
to your employees for which you are liable to a third party by reason of a claim
or suit against you by that third party to recover damages as a result of an
